1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Biz D Score platform, website, and assessment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the Service

Biz D Score is a self-assessment tool operated by Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd. It provides businesses with a digital maturity score, department-level analysis, and improvement recommendations based on the responses provided by the user.

The Lite Assessment is free of charge. The Pro Assessment is available by invitation or request and provides a deeper diagnostic across additional departments.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent the business on whose behalf you are completing the assessment. You must provide accurate and truthful information. Use of a false identity, fake business details, or fraudulent responses may result in suspension of access.

4. Account and Phone Verification

Accessing assessment results requires phone verification via WhatsApp OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your verified account is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit multiple fake assessments or abuse the rate limits
• Attempt to access reports you are not authorised to view
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform content without permission
• Use automated tools to submit assessments or generate leads
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, assessment methodology, and report designs on the platform are the intellectual property of Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd. You may share your own report with your team, but you may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the platform's assessment framework or content without written consent.

7. Assessment Results

The score, maturity level, and recommendations are generated based on the answers you provide. They are intended as a diagnostic guide, not a guarantee of business outcomes. Industry benchmarks shown are indicative and may be updated as more assessment data is collected.

8. Communications and Follow-ups

By completing an assessment and verifying your phone number, you consent to receive your report via email and WhatsApp, along with up to two follow-up messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or by emailing info@increatech.com.

9. Consultation and Third-party Services

The platform may offer a free consultation with Increatech. Any subsequent services (software development, ERP implementation, automation, cloud infrastructure, etc.) will be governed by separate commercial agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Increatech Business Solution Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, abused the platform, or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
